  • How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

    Your order will be processed immediately and sent to you as quickly as possible. Non personalised items will be delivered within 3-5 working days*. Personalised items would be 10 working days from artwork approval. *Northern Ireland may take an additional 3 working days.

  • Do you have a minimum order value?

    No, we do not have a minimum order value for any order. You are free to order as many or as little as you require at any given time.

  • What is the Axinite returns policy and cost?

    Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Where items are faulty, we will refund the return postage costs up to £7.20 in value. The returned product/s will be inspected and must be deemed faulty before refund for postage will be processed. Proof of return cost must be provided before refund can be processed. Any unwanted item(s) must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, with all packaging, tags etc. still intact where applicable. (customer pays delivery fees – recorded delivery is advised). For standard returns a refund will be processed for the product cost only.

  • What is the Axinite exchange policy?

    Exchanges not available. Please return any unwanted item(s) to us in a fully resalable condition, with all packaging, tags etc. still intact where applicable for a full refund (customer pays delivery fees – recorded delivery is advised) and re-order your chosen goods.

  • How do I find the right size clothing?

    Please refer to our size guide shown on the website.

  • What types of payment method do you accept?

    We currently accept major credit/debit cards: Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, cheques or postal orders.

  • What’s the procedure for handling defective goods?

    If any products are faulty please contact: enquiries@axinite.co.uk and follow the returns process shown on our website.

  • Do you accept orders outside of the United Kingdom?

    No. Currently, we only dispatch orders within the UK.

  • How will I receive my artwork proof?

    We always produce a proof for new logos and designs to ensure you are completely happy with how everything looks prior to production being carried out.

    An artwork proof will be created from your submitted logo and sent back to you for approval within 48-hours of orders being placed. If an order is placed after 12pm, this will begin from 9am the following working day. We are not responsible for errors once permission for production has been given by you. Personalised items are non-refundable*.

    Once notified via email, please login to your account review your logo and click approve.

    *Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • Which formats do you accept for artwork?

    We can accept your logo in any way. If you have an image file great, but you can even send us a picture of your van or your old workwear and we can recreate your logo from that.

  • Personalised Items

    Personalised items will be embroidered and endeavored to be delivered within 10 working days* from logo approval within mainland U.K.

    *Northern Ireland – personalised items should take an additional 3-days.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    *We aim to respond to all email queries within 48hrs of receiving them.
