Whether you're simply unhappy with your purchase or the goods are faulty, our simple to follow returns process allows you to return your items to us easily.

For unwanted items

If you’re not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, please let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving/collecting your goods by completing our returns form which is included in the delivery. If you require another form, please contact our customer care team by emailing All returns will be inspected with refunds only given if the product can be resold (unless faulty).

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

  • Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
  • Goods that have been worn, washed or don’t have the secure label attached for resale
  • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
  • Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements
  • Goods that are not deemed to be in a resaleable condition.

For faulty goods

If your goods are defective, please enclose a completed returns form with the item to be returned. If you require another form, please contact our customer care team by emailing If the goods are found to be defective we will issue a full refund based on the original method of payment (Card / Voucher). It is recommended that all returns are delivered using a tracked service. Should you wish to discuss the reported fault or product specification then please call our Customer Services team for further advice and support.

We offer a returns collection service through our chosen carrier to make it as hassle-free for you as possible. There may be a handling charge for this service, please refer to our returns policy for further guidance and charges. For products delivered directly from our suppliers, please contact our customer service team to discuss further.

Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at Axinite, Agentis House, 31-35 Walsall Road, Willenhall, WV13 2EG. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
